Terms & Conditions

CATERING

  • Full buffet set­up with food warmers, tables. table cloth, trash bags & skirting.
  • Full set of disposable wares, serviettes, chili & tomato sauce.
  • Collection time will be 4 hours per function upon arrival time. (Except For Mini Buffet & Mini Hi Tea)
  • All drinks are not allowed to changed to food items.
  • Delivery charge $42.80 incl. GST (except Mini Buffet is $32.10 incl.GST), if meet $600 & above free delivery.
  • For Mini Buffet, there is No Table & Warmer provided. All food will be contained in aluminium foil, no collection is required.
  • Once order is confirmed, there will be a cancellation charge 35%.
  • Payment by Cash & Cheque. Cheque paymant please issue to "ecreative catering". We DO NOT accept Bank Transfer.
  • Please ensure that a Point-of-contact is contactable at all times (not in silent mode, in a meeting) during the delivery, this is to ensure an open and reliable communications links between the client and the delivery personnel.
  • The management reserves the right to change the items on the menu without prior notice (e.g. for non-availability of raw materials or late arrival of supplier's stock.)
  • No accumulation points for Buffet/Catering order.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

Due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic jams, parking problems) We may be 30 min early or 30 min late .
  • Set up time 1 hr.
  • If your buffet’s ready time is after 7pm. The last collection time is still 10pm (regardless of the 4 hr duration).
  • For requested collections after the 4 hrs duration, the management reserves the right to charge and additional $10 ($10.70 Incl. GST) for each additional hour.
  • Additional surcharge $20 ($21.40 incl. GST) - $30 ($32.10 incl. GST) is applicable for stairs climbing involved. (Buffet & Hi Tea).

RESERVATION AND BOOKING

  • At least 3 working days in advance prior to function date, all booking is upon availability.
  • All online booking is comfirmed when our cutomer services officer re-confirms with you in next 24 hrs.
